The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No.183 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 20, 22, 24 and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.08.2018. He further submits that in the instant case, three persons were arrested in connection with recovery of 70 Kg of Ganja. Out of three, two accused persons have been granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. No.20656 of 2019 vide order dated 03.04.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

No.20656 of 2019 vide order dated 03.04.2019, let the Court is inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No.183 of 2019.
