The petitioner is in custody in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code added with Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.03.2019. He further submits that the FIR was lodged against unknown.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two
