The petitioner is accused in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018 registered under sections 304(B), 201, 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Rohtas, Sasaram.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected twice by this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 29068 of 2019 and 14123 of 2020 on 09.07.2019 and 04.03.2020 respectively. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2018. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39630 of 2020(4) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the leaned counsels, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected.

However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months.
