Petitioner has prayed for following relief:- "For an appropriate direction upon the respondent authorities and a command in the nature of writ of mandamus not to install a waste management processing plant at Mauza Dadhpi (Sheoganj), Thana no.854, Khata No.261, plot no.1570, area 7.98 and 0.08 decimals respectively which is situated right in the middle of heavily populated area with schools for children, Chath Ghat, cattle fair, inter college etc. which shall severely jeopardize and affect the life and property of the common citizen/public of Sheoganj."
