2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):
"(i) For setting aside/quashing the order dated 12.2.2011, passed vide Memo no.493, issued under the Signature of Respondent no. 5, Deputy Development Commissioner, whereby and whereunder the services of the petitioner has been terminated. (ii) For a direction to the Respondent no. 4, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to dispose of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.19600 of 2012(4) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 appeal pending before since 20.9.2011.
(iii) For grant of any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the Case."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though in the instant writ application one of the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner was for a direction to the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in the year 2011, as per oral instructions received, the said appeal has been disposed of. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no further instruction in the matter and is not aware about the result of the appeal.
4. In view of the facts and circumstances stated herein above, the instant writ application stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application in case the relief prayed for by the petitioner in the instant writ application has not already been granted to the petitioner or in case the grievance of the petitioner still subsists including challenging the order passed in appeal, if so required.
5. The application stands disposed of.
