2. The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwa P.S. Case No. 46 of 2026 registered for the offences under Section 140(2), 3(5) of BNS.

3. The allegation is that three persons were kidnapped, thereafter, the FIR was lodged. The petitioner was arrested and on his information the vehicle used in the crime as well as kidnapped persons were recovered.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32535 of 2026(3) dt.24-06-2026 2/2 petitioner is rejected.

6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
