JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-09-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutors for the State, as well as learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2.

2. The present applications have been filed seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 22.08.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3273 of 2014, whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 323, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that liberty be granted for raising the issues regarding the prosecution being attended with mala fides, to settle civil disputes at the appropriate stage.

4. The quashing applications are accordingly
