JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2025 This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 07.03.2019, passed in M.J.C. No. 889 of 2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 20340 of 2016, wherein following order has been passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that favourable order has been passed by the opposite parties, but the payment has not reached the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present proceeding is dropped on the understanding that the benefit in terms of the order passed by the opposite parties must reach the petitioner within a reasonable time, preferably within a period of one month from today.

2. Opposite party nos. 2 to 5 have filed a supplementary show cause. On perusal of paragraph nos. 4 to 7 thereof, it is noticed that ACP, earned leave (Leave Encashment), group insurance and gratuity payable to the petitioner have been paid by the respondents.

3. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 07.03.2019, passed in M.J.C. No. 889 of 2017 has been complied with.

4. Resultantly, the contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
