JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 09-07-2024 It is the grievance of the petitioner that against the order passed by the disciplinary authority on 09.06.2021, the petitioner filed a statutory appeal on 02.07.2021 before the Respondent No. 3, Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division. The said appeal has not be disposed of as yet. So is the instant writ petition.

2. It is submitted by the learned Advocate on behalf of the respondent that Respondent No. 3 may be directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10310 of 2024(2) dt.09-07-2024 2/2 dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a specific time frame.

3. In view of such submission, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within three months from the date of communication of this order positively.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to act on the server copy of the order.
