2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Natwar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 dated 20.02.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, when the informant was working in his field then the petitioner and the co-accused persons are alleged to have come with deadly weapons and started digging the field, in the meantime, on being protested by the informant, the co-accused person, Saroj Singh assaulted the informant's brother with spade causing head injury. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. As per the injury report of the injured Raju Ranjan Singh who sustained five injuries and out of which four injuries are simple in nature and one injury is grievous in nature which is on non vital part of the body. The co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 09.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33333 of 2024. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Natwar P.S.
