The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Juramanpur P.S. Case No.122 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the dispute and the nature of injury sustained by the injured, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
