The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No.291 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A minor 9th class girl was trapped and sold for prostitution. The petitioner and others were involved in committing such crime.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

Since the case is of the year 2020, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within two weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41000 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 The Superintendent of Police, Begusarai is directed to get all the accused persons arrested in the case and move for speedy trial.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
