JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Mrs. Rashmi Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application filed for renewing his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 150/13 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 372, 120(B)/34 of the IPC, with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender within four weeks before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran.

This application is, accordingly, permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Needless to mention that learned Court below will consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of
