The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 364 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 447, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the occurrence has taken place on the trivial issue, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI,
