2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2) of the BNS and later on Section 96, 94 of the BNS was added along with Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, she is said to have eloped with the petitioner and the petitioner is in jail since 25.03.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Civil Court, Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2025.
