The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 233 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 307, 147, 148, 323, 341, 379 & 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of injury and relationship between the party, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
