JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ petition is being filed on behalf of the above named petitioner and the petitioner prays for issuance of an appropriate writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents concerned to appoint the petitioner on the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) on contract basis, but after completion of all selection process the petitioner has not been appointed on the post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) only on

Patna High Court CWJC No.8596 of 2022(2) dt.13-02-2024 2/2 that basis that there is no name father of the petitioner in the Nurse Training certificate, but in the aforesaid certificate her husband name is mentioned not name the father of petitioner is mentioned, as the Nurse Training Certificate which was issued by the Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna Government of Bihar only on that ground she has not been selected/appointed on the post of (ANM) and it is the last chance to the petitioner according to her age."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3, i.e. the Executive Director, State Heath Committee, Bihar, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
