2. In view of the counter affidavit filed by the State, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5118 of 2017(4) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 petitioners have filed the present writ application with a prayer to consider their cases for promotion as the Headmaster as per Rule 9 & 10 of the Primary Schools Teachers Promotion Rules, 2011.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the counter affidavit has been filed, stating therein Para-11 that pursuant to decision of the District Teacher Promotion Committee, Vaishali, the District Education Officer has issued promotion order of the petitioner vide different letters which is annexed at Annexure-R/A of the counter affidavit.
5. In view of the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the present writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
