The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272/273/34 of the IPC and Sections 30(a)/30(c)/32/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

25 liters of raw spirit has been recovered from the mango orchard of Feku Sahni.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got two more criminal antecedent of similar nature.
