Petitioner seeks bail in S. T. No.624 of 2018 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.176 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is witness in the case, but during investigation police on the basis of statement of spy named this petitioner in the accused column. There is allegation against Dinesh Yadav, Dilip Yadav, Ram Pravesh Yadav and Tarun Yadav of making indiscriminate firing with pistol by which brother of the informant, Dina Nath Yadav, and Raju Yadav and Vijay Yadav sustained firearm injuries.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Fast Track Court-1, Patna, in connection with S. T. No.624 of 2018 arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No.176 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
