The petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for grant of regular bail which was rejected vide order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76495 of 2019 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the charges have already been framed on 06.04.2022. The petitioner is under custody since 23.04.2019.
