JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-03-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 83 of 2013 for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact situation, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
