Mr. Anant Kumar 1, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 303(2), 126, 115, 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, when the informant was not at her home, in the meantime, petitioners are alleged to have opened the almirah and took out ornaments and cash. After reaching home, when the informant asked about the same, the accused persons including petitioners started abusing and beating her with lathi, danda resulting into head injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Petitioners are own sisters-in-law of the informant residing in joint house. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. No specific allegation of assault is against the petitioners. Petitioners have not stolen or taken away any ornaments or cash of the informant. It is further submitted that due to family dispute, other family members have been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents and they undertake to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of learned counsel for the parties, nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the facts that petitioners are own sisters-in-law of the informant having no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 08 of 2026, subject to
