The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No.173 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 50(i)(a)(c) of the Wild Life Animal Protection Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 01.01.2019. He further submits that in the instant case two country made pistol and a broken deer horn half were seized.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners, named above, are directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29190 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Sikarahana at Dhaka, District East Chamaparan, in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No.173 of 2018.
