====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 14-05-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the son of the informant was killed by the petitioners and others and the dead body was thrown nearby the side of the road.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33061 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 lady. According to the case of the prosecution, the deceased has slept at the house of the uncle on 02.10.2025 whereas his dead body was found on 03.10.2025. Informant is not the eye witness of this case. No any specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 04.10.2025 and having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 375 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sitamarhi.
