Issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing / set aside the order of suspension vide memo no. 492 dated 16.2.2010, issued by the Superintendent of Police, Patna.

(B). Issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to revoke the suspension the petitioner 9/1 Chawkidar with all consequential benefits from the date of suspension as the order is nonest.
