The petitioner seeks bail in Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. case no. 302 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 420,489(B), 489(C), 489(D)/34 of the IPC and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that this petitioner along with Mangal Sah and Anmol Sah were engaged in printing duplicate currency notes and used to supply the same in the local market. It is further alleged that one of the co-accused Mangal Sah was previously arrested for offence of counterfeit currency notes and after taking bail he has again started the same work. The informant reached at the place of occurrence and on seeing the police the three persons started fleeing away. The Chowkidar identified and stated the informant that they are the miscreants. The informant searched the house of accused persons and seized 50 pieces printed papers, one printer of Epson Company, 52 pieces of 100-100 note, one bundle of Royal Executive bond pack paper, one bundle of open pack 101 in number, coin of 10 Rs. 70 pieces, 350 pieces of 10 Rs. 25 pieces of 20 Rupees, one country made iron katta have been recovered Seizure list is part of the FIR from which it appears that several articles relating to printing of fake currency notes have been recovered from house of petitioner. The petitioner and other accused persons managed to run away. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner is in custody since 8.9.2018.

Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail in the event trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
