The petitioner seeks bail in Bausi P.S. Case No. 288 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 272/273 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 41 and 47 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

162 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van and this petitioner was one of the occupant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 19.11.2020. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the nature of allegation, period of
