This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Barari Police Station Case No.403 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/302/201/364/386/120B of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 19.05.2023 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.24163 of 2023.

It is alleged that the accused persons including this petitioner abducted three persons and all of them were killed by the accused persons. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Since it is a case of triple murder, I see no reason to review my earlier order dated 19.05.2023. Accordingly, this regular bail application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
