JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 05-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 & 498/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the behest of well wishers of both the parties, a one time settlement has reached between them out of the Court. In support of his averment, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29618 of 2020(4) dt.05-03-2021 2/2 petitioner produced a copy of the compromise petition filed in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada, bearing signatures of both the parties well as the witnesses and respective learned Advocates.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has no objection to the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
