The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.215 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 498(A) and 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of death due to cruelty, harassment and non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is Nanad of the deceased and they are living separately since long and also there is no specific overt-act against the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40497 of 2021(2) dt.22-03-2022 2/2 further submit that husband of the deceased has already been granted regular bail by the learned lower court. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No.215 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
