2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"i. To institute an FIR against respondent no. 5,6 & 7, under appropriate sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita on the basis of the representations already supplied to the Respondents informing them about the act of fraud, Cheating, forgery and Criminal Breach of Trust committed by respondent no. 5, 6 & 7 against the Petitioner, and thereby causing wrongful loss to the petitioner and wrongful gain

Patna High Court CR. WJC No. 831 of 2025(2) dt.05-05-2025 2/2 to the respondent by duping his hard-earned money which he has paid as an advance for purchasing the land situated at MauzaBahadurpur Housing Colony, P.S.- Agamkuan, admeasuring 3600 Sq. Ft. and for which agreement was entered into between petitioner and respondent no. 5,6, & 7 on 03.11.2020.

ii. To hold that the registration of FIR on the basis of the information submitted by the informant is obligatory under Section 154 Cr.P.C. iii. To take strict actions against the erring police personnel who failed to institute the FIR of the Petitioner in the first instance in light of the directions laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalita Kumari Vs.

The Government of U.P. and Ors., (2014) 2 SCC 1."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
