2. This writ petition is filed for implementation of order dated 13.09.2013 passed by the D.C.L.R., Rosera in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 367/2011 with respect to 1 decimal land of R.S.P. No. 113, R.S. Khata No. 160 and 1 decimal land of R.S.P. No. 112 R.S. Khata No. 147 situated in village- Sirsia, P.S.- Hasanpur, District- Samastipur.

3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5135 of 2016(3) dt.14-12-2023 2/2 Circle Officer, Hasanpur, District- Samastipur (Respondent No.

2) to pass appropriate order in light of the order dated 13.09.2013 passed by the D.C.L.R., Rosera in Land Dispute Resolution Case No. 367/2011 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
