The present application has filed for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment from Khata No. 65, Kheshra No. (Plot No.) 242, Area-33 decimal, under MauzaSondiha, the land of Ram Swarath College, Tarapur (Munger) hereinafter R.S. College, Tarapur (Munger) which is being encroached by the respondent no. 6 sidelining the direction of the authorities and even ignoring the findings of this Court in Civil Review No. 62 of 2012 dated 09.01.2015 and also a direction to the State authorities to take appropriate step, so that

3. The Encroachment Proceeding No. 06/2023-24 shall be disposed of by the Circle Officer, Tatarpur, District Munger within two months after hearing all the parties i.e. Respondent No. 6 also.

4. This application is disposed of.

5. The show cause filed by the Respondent No. 6 in the Encroachment proceeding No. 06/2023-24 must be considered and the Respondent No. 6 must be heard before final order is passed in the aforesaid Encroachment Proceeding. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U
