2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing the order dated 28.06.2021 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 3 so far it relates to the petitioner by which the petitioner has been transferred from the office of District Transport Officer, Nawada to the office of the District Transport Officer, Aurangabad and office order dated 30.06.2021 issued under the signature of Respondent No. 4 by which the petitioner has been relieved by Respondent No. 4 from the office of the District Transport Officer, Nawada to join the office of the District Transport Officer, Aurangabad in light of the order dated 28.6.2021 and further for a

Patna High Court CWJC No.12850 of 2021 dt.15-12-2021 2/2 direction to the Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 1.7.2021 taking into consideration that the petitioner is suffering from heard disease and further for any other relief or reliefs as the petitioner is found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case for the ends of justice."

3. Petitioner has completed five years of service in the office of District Transport Office, Nawada and he has been transferred to Aurangabad. Prima facie, petitioner has not made out a case.

4. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of the petitioner's grievance and pass speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to be retained duty in District Transport Office, Nawada or not? Concerned authority is hereby directed to examine the representation (Annexure-3) of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
