2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file appeal in accordance with the provision as contained in Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

4. It is made clear that time taken in pursuing the remedy before this Court and also considering the fact that the
