2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, while informant was returning to his house, co-accused Jitendra Kumar attacked him with sharp edge weapon, whereas, this petitioner assaulted him with lathi. It is further alleged that this petitioner snatched cash of Rs. 5800/- from the pocket of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present case is counter blast of complaint case no. 258 of 2024, lodged by daughter-in-law of petitioner against informant and others. Injury, allegedly caused by this petitioner, is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
