2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 07/2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, due to land dispute the parties fought and an injury has been caused to the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.01.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31053 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Purnea /concerned Court below in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 07/2026.

8. As the petitioner claims to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the same and the bail bonds of the petitioner shall only be accepted if the petitioner has clean antecedent.
