2. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation in the FIR is that the petitioner was appointed as panchayat teacher in the year 2015 on the basis of fake and forged marksheets.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the documents submitted by the petitioner was actually not forged and without proper verification and without notice also having been issued to the petitioner, action has been taken. 5. Learned counsel for the Vigilance opposes the anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner did not resign during the amnesty period on her own.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in Kalyanpur P.S.Case No. 320 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and subject to the further condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in investigation/ trial.
