The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nagar P.S.Case No.1018 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 379, 120(B), 420, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that with respect to demand of the petitioner to register the land and the house of the father of the complainant in his name, her daughter has been ousted from the house.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is still ready to keep her and the allegation is false and concocted as he has never made such demand and he has also

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who is mother-in-law of the petitioner and she has submitted that her daughter is also ready to reside with the petitioner if she is allowed to live with dignity and care and the petitioner and if the petitioner does not make such demand.. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender on 23.8.

2019 and on that day daughter of the informant shall also remain present in the court below and further on filing an affidavit by the petitioner that he is ready to keep her daughter with dignity and care and he will not make any demand of registry of the land and the house of the complainant as well as he will not torture the daughter of the complainant for that and he will take her from the court below itself, he will be released on provisional bail in connection with Nagar P.S.Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29641 of 2019(4) dt.13-08-2019 3/3 will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner otherwise he is free to pass any other order or orders as he deems fit an proper including cancelling the bail bond of the petitioner.
