The appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 04.07.2020 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I-cumSpecial Judge, SC/ST Act, East Champaran, Motihari in Patahi P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 363, 366, 302, 120(B), 201, 379/34 IPC and Sections 3(i) (r) 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby prayer for grant of regular on behalf of the appellant has been rejected. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant would submit the appellant has been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1891 of 2020(2) dt.01-12-2020 2/2 the appellant, the Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the appellant for the time being. The prayer is rejected. However, liberty shall be available to the appellant to renew his prayer after six months if the trial is not concluded. With the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
