2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 321 of 2024, dated 01.10.2024, lodged under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has obtained service by virtue of forged certificate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner has already been terminated from service and counsel submits that the series of persons have been granted bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30748 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 994 of 2025, vide order dated 11.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 90176 of 2024 and vide order dated 18.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 385 of 2025.

5. Learned counsel for the Vigilance opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that in the aforesaid cases, where petitioners were granted bail have been rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 6560 of 2024.

6. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sudhanshu/- U T
