The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No.332 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 307, 379, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner and the injured are brothers, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
