From the statements made in paragraph '6' of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 2, it appears that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has moved before the District Teacher Employment Appellate Tribunal, Gopalganj by Case No. 17 of 2017 which is still pending for the reason that the post of the Presiding Officer of the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj is lying vacant.
4. This Court has been informed that now the post of Presiding Officer has been filled up.
5. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority, Gopalganj to consider the Case No. 17 of 2017 which is pending for about 6 years and decide the same within a reasonable period preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of this case.
