The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that from perusal of the entire case diary, it appears that the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Dhaka (Pachpakari) P.S. Case No. 330/2017 from the Court
