The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9161 of 2016(3) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 "(i) For quashing the order taking cognizance dated 09.11.2015, passed in complaint case no. 1217/2014, by the learned court of S.D.J.M., Katihar under Sections 147, 323, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file a discharge petition at an appropriate moment of time as also prays that all the issues raised in the present petition be permitted to be raised while filing the discharge petition. Liberty so sought, is granted. 3.
The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
