Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28771 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 read the words "relations of petitioners 14 in number" in place of words "relations of the petitioners 2 to 7 in number", in course of the day.

2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16856 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the family members, who are relations of the petitioners, have been made accused and unable to stand as bailors on behalf of the petitioners and as such it is difficult to comply with condition no. 4(i) of the order dated 25.03.2019 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Having regard to the stand of the petitioners, the order dated 25.03.2019 aforesaid stands modified only to the extent that the bailors of each of the petitioners may be close relatives or co-villagers.

5. For the reasons stated, the time for surrender and furnishing bail bond in terms of order dated 25.03.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 16856 of 2019 is extended by six weeks from today.

6. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 28771 of 2019 stands disposed of.
