The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 333, 225, 353, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 45 and 52 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering that the petitioner who is said to be member of a mob, and tried to stop the police from conducting his duties and causing injuries to the police personnel, I am not
