2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 26.06.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19083 of 2017, wherein the District Magistrate, Gopalganj was directed to look into the matter and take a decision in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of that order.

3. Opposite party No.2 / the District Magistrate, Gopalganj has filed the show cause, wherein, in paragraph No.5 it has been stated that the decision as directed by this Court has
