2. This is an old matter of the year 2012 and the petitioner is not showing interest to press the writ application. By the last order dated 04.08.2025, it was made clear that if the petitioner fails to appear and press the writ application on the next date then the Court will have no option but to have pass an order in accordance with law. Despite this order passed on the last occasion, again no one has appeared to press the writ
